Stepping Stones Learning Centre
All the funds raised through teams in The Big Pull tug-of-war competition are
used to directly support the
Stepping Stones Learning Centre
at The Ottawa Mission. This unique school welcomes and supports anyone in need
in the community who wants to learn. Our certified teacher will help develop a
learning program and set individual goals and volunteer tutors are also
available. Stepping Stones offers help to increase reading skills, prepare for
the Ontario GED exam, or anything in between. The Stepping Stones Learning
Centre opened in December, 2006.
